By using AspireAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What AspireAI Does

AspireAI uses artificial intelligence to help users with learning, ideas, planning, and general guidance.

The app provides information only and is not professional advice.

2. Who Can Use the App

  • You must be 13 years or older to use AspireAI.
  • If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when using the app.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Accounts may be suspended or closed if these terms are violated.

4. Using AspireAI Safely

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Create or share offensive, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the app
  • Use AI responses in ways that could cause harm

5. About AI Responses

  • AI-generated answers may not always be correct or complete.
  • AspireAI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Always verify important information independently.
  • AspireAI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Paid Features

AspireAI may offer paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases that unlock extra features or content.

Billing

  • Payments are handled through the App Store.
  • Prices are shown clearly before purchase.
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store account.

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the subscription ends.

Managing or Cancelling

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

  • Refunds are handled by the App Store, not AspireAI.
  • AspireAI cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Content and Ownership

  • AspireAI owns the app, design, and features.
  • You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.
  • You keep ownership of content you submit, but allow AspireAI to use it to operate and improve the app.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. App Availability

  • AspireAI is provided "as is."
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Ending Use

  • You may stop using AspireAI at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if rules are broken or the app is discontinued.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time.
  • Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
