How to request deletion of your AspireAI account
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the AspireAI app. Follow these steps:
- Open the AspireAI app
- Tap your profile icon to open the menu
- Tap "Delete Account", or go to Legal → Delete Account
- Review the information and tap Continue
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email or phone
- Your account will be permanently deleted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- All learning progress and quiz history
- Any parent-student connections
- All saved preferences and settings
Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.
Before You Delete
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
