How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your AspireAI account and all associated data, please contact our support team by sending an email to:

What to Include in Your Request

To help us verify your identity and locate your account, please include the following information in your email:

  • The email address or phone number you used to create your account
  • Your full name as registered on the account

What Happens Next

Once we receive and verify your request:

  • Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • This includes your profile information, learning progress, quiz history, and any linked parent-student connections
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion

Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.
